Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the Events and Exhibitions industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through the promotion of exhibition stands, event solutions, and related services.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a strong understanding of the events and exhibitions market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the events and exhibitions industry.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, agencies, and exhibitors.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and negotiate contracts to secure business.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable exhibition stand and event solutions.
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, networking events, and exhibitions as required.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and company promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar sales role in the Events and Exhibitions industry (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Prior experience in exhibition stands, event management, fabrication, or related services is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
  • Good understanding of exhibition stand design, production processes, and event execution.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
