2nd Shift Production Scheduler

a)Maintain production schedule and work with Operations to ensure on-time delivery

b)Utilize ERP system to coordinate scheduling, maintenance, and materials

c)Analyze and communicate capacity, resources, materials, lead times, and new projects

d)Provide positive and effective leadership throughout all departments

e)Create and maintain accuracy of part masters through the ERP system

a)Provide feedback on staffing needs and labor allocation

b)Ensure individual schedules are maintained and properly managed

c)Work with Operations to create and maintain a training process for employees

a)Support the company quality policies and objectives

b)Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform keyboarding, push/pull, and bending actions
