2027 Summer Internship Program - AI Intern

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
• Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, R, Java) preferred
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques (e.g. machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision)
• Knowledge of relevant AI frameworks required
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an in-office environment and communicate with various teams
• Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Effective listening and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Compensation Range:
• $41,200.00 - $66,000.00
• CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
