Your Role

• Interested in working in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start?
• Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
• We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Banking business starting in March 2026.
• You’ll get to:
• evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• prepare industry analyses for pitches
• get involved in the execution of live deals
• Your team
• You’ll be working in our Global Banking team.
• We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.
• Your expertise

• We’re looking for a candidate who:
• is in the penultimate or final year of their degree, or has recently graduated (no more than 6 months from the internship start date)
• has or is on track for a 2:1 (UK grading system) or the equivalent in your first undergraduate degree
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving.

• Your program
• This paid internship will last 3 - 6 months.
• You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.
• You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.
• You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
• You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way.

• If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
