Role overview
Full-time 1st Line Technical Analyst role based in the Borehamwood office.
Work directly with clients on the service desk.
Working hours
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts allocated between 8am and 6pm.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound client service-desk tickets and calls and provide customer service.
- Review proactive alerts and perform preventative maintenance, including backups, patching and disk-space checks.
- Work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows, macOS, desktop and server management tools, and networking products.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years’ experience.
- First-line support knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, Windows Server (2019, 2022 or 2025), Active Directory, Windows networking, basic routing and switching, firewall rules, and printer troubleshooting.
- Good written and telephone skills.
