Required Skills & Experience · Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise BI platforms in production environments. · Strong experience with Tableau Server administration and operational support. · Strong hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight administration, authoring, and production support. · Experience supporting and troubleshooting QuickSight Analyses, Dashboards, Datasets, Data Sources, Themes, Folders, Templates, permissions, and related assets. · Experience troubleshooting SPICE ingestion, dataset refreshes, direct queries, data-source connectivity, dashboard publishing, sharing, and access issues. · Experience with Amazon QuickSight APIs / AWS SDKs, including programmatic management of QuickSight assets and permissions. · Working knowledge of Amazon Athena and troubleshooting Athena-based BI workloads. · Working knowledge of the AWS Glue Data Catalog, including databases, tables, schemas, partitions, and metadata. · Understanding of AWS Lake Formation, particularly permissions and data-access management. · Experience with AWS Lambda and troubleshooting serverless application components. · Experience with Amazon API Gateway, particularly Lambda integrations and REST APIs. · Strong understanding of RESTful API concepts and experience troubleshooting API integrations. · Hands-on experience with Amazon CloudWatch, including logs, metrics, dashboards, and alarms. · Strong understanding of AWS IAM, roles, policies, permissions, and service-to-service access. · Experience troubleshooting BI platform infrastructure, data connectivity, authentication, authorization, permissions, and performance issues. · Ability to analyze application, server, API, Lambda, and AWS service logs to troubleshoot issues across multiple technology layers. · Experience with production incident management, problem management, and root-cause analysis. · Experience with scripting or automation using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, AWS CLI, or similar tools. · Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
