Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting workload automation requests across multiple application teams and Mainframe maintenance activities. At least 1+ year of hands-on technical experience with CICS, DB2, and Mainframe infrastructure. Strong understanding of batch processing, system monitoring, SLA management, incident escalation, and operational procedures. Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-critical enterprise environment and comply with Data Center security requirements. 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow for incident and change management and Workload Automation as a Service (WLAaaS) tools such as TWS/z or CA7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ITSM certification or equivalent experience. Familiarity with AI-assisted operational tools, automation, and continuous improvement practices within Mainframe environments.
