Proven experience of 8-10 years as a Business Analyst in banking payments transformation or core banking implementation projects. Proven experience with TPH stand-alone implementation. Strong understanding of payment business processes and payment operations. Experience with: Domestic Payments International Payments Cross-Border Payments RTGS ACH / Bulk Payments Standing Orders Direct Debits Payment Investigations and Exceptions Knowledge of payment industry standards and messaging formats, including: SWIFT MT/MX ISO 20022 SEPA (where applicable) Strong requirements gathering, business process modelling, and documentation skills. Experience preparing: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirements Process Flows User Stories Test Scenarios Experience supporting SIT, UAT, data migration, and deployment activities. Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
