Experience with SAP S/4HANA program and their integrations with surrounding enterprise applications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of 10 years' experience leading integration management, enterprise application integration, program delivery, or large-scale business transformation initiatives Proven experience managing complex integration landscapes across SAP and non-SAP applications within multi-vendor environments Demonstrated experience defining and governing integration frameworks, operating models, standards, and delivery processes Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware platforms, APIs, and event-driven architectures Familiarity with data migration, master data management, and business-critical data flows within complex transformation programs Experience identifying and mitigating integration risks, critical path dependencies, and cross-workstream delivery challenges Demonstrated ability to establish and lead governance forums, stakeholder alignment activities, and executive-level reporting Prior experience in large-scale, multi-country transformation programs involving multiple implementation partners Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align business, architecture, product, engineering, and delivery teams around shared outcomes. Excellent facilitation, workshop leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments, balancing competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery readiness and execution. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on integration readiness, milestone achievement, and delivery excellence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate integration status, risks, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.
