Years of experience: 10+ Must have (strong production expertise): • Strong production SPA development in React and TypeScript: hooks and reusable components. • Complex operational UI: dashboards, tables, status/exception displays and changing operational data. • REST, async handling, caching, polling, loading/error states and correct stale-vs-fresh data presentation with timestamps. • Translating designs into consistent reusable enterprise components (Nitro or comparable design system). • State management: Redux Toolkit, Zustand or comparable. • Hands-on accessible UI delivery (WCAG 2.2 AA) – not awareness only. • Component/unit/integration testing and maintainable code. • Role-based journeys (authentication/RBAC) and secure enterprise UI behaviour. • Responsible use of AI coding/testing assistants. Independently owns complex screens and front-end patterns, contributes to design decisions and diagnoses complex UI/API issues.
