• 12+ years of software development experience with Java • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architect role • Must have worked in Platform Modernization/Migration Project for Financial Services or Banking industry • Java Development - Strong backend Java skills in Microservices, Spring Boot, Collections, Low Latency , Multithreading, and Concurrency • Infrastructure & DevOps • Good Understanding of: Deployment processes and how to deploy code to servers Server connectivity and management Basic system resource management (RAM, CPU allocation) Containerization (Kubernetes, Podman) Pipeline creation and CI/CD processes Experience in Azure
