8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong expertise in Core Java and performance-critical systems. Proven experience with JVM profiling and performance tuning, including garbage collection, memory, thread, CPU, and latency optimization. Strong Linux development and troubleshooting experience in production environments. Experience designing and developing low-latency, high-throughput, mission-critical applications. Strong knowledge of low-latency network programming, including TCP/IP, sockets, efficient data processing, and kernel-bypass technologies. Working knowledge of C++, particularly in performance-sensitive environments. Experience with real-time market-data or electronic-trading platforms, including direct feeds, distribution protocols, and exchange connectivity. Strong performance analysis, troubleshooting, and production-support capabilities, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
