Mandatory Skills Description: • 8+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong backend development experience with Python with a track record of clean, maintainable, testable production code. • Production API design & delivery (FastAPI preferred), including versioning, documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and observability. • Cloud experience (AWS preferred) beyond core compute/storage/DB—e.g., eventing, queues, serverless, logging/monitoring, secrets. • Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines • Debugging & problem-solving skills with strong ownership across the SDLC. Generative AI & ML Requirements • Experience building agents • Vector databases and RAG patterns (indexing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval). • LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open source models) with prompt design, safety/guardrails, and cost/perf tuning.
