Mandatory Skills Description Cloud & Architecture Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AWS solutions. Proven track record leading application and infrastructure migration programs to AWS. Deep understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework principles. Experience with AWS services such as: EC2 ECS / EKS Lambda API Gateway RDS / Aurora DynamoDB S3 CloudWatch IAM VPC Route53 SQS / SNS Secrets Manager Experience designing resilient, scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions. Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation. Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Java & Modern Engineering Strong commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot. Experience modernizing and re-platforming legacy Java applications. Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native design patterns. Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka. Strong knowledge of application performance, observability, and monitoring. Capital Markets Experience working within Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Exchanges, or Clearing Houses. Understanding of trading lifecycle and post-trade processing. Experience delivering solutions within regulated financial environments. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
