Skills

• 10+ years in Capital Markets with 5+ years hands-on Calypso experience, with very strong expertise in the Calypso Collateral module. • Very strong collateral management domain knowledge — IM/VM, margin call lifecycle, eligibility, haircuts, thresholds/MTA, cash and securities allocations. • Hands-on Calypso configuration experience (collateral contracts, workflows, static/reference data, UI/workstation set-up). • Proven experience writing UI and workflow specifications and performing business process mapping. • Strong UAT and end-to-end testing experience, including scenario design, execution and test evidence. • Strong defect triage and management experience (e.g. JIRA) with vendor and technology teams. • Experience driving business acceptance and sign-off for Tier 1 implementations. • Excellent stakeholder engagement with Operations and business users; strong facilitation and communication skills. • Experience in Agile delivery with JIRA and Confluence.
