YouTube Video Editor
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

- 22–30 years old
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement, with the ability to produce high-quality content aligned with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit engaging YouTube videos with strong storytelling and pacing
- Apply color correction and grading (including log footage such as S-Log3)
- Enhance videos with sound design, SFX, music, and audio mixing
- Create basic motion graphics (titles, transitions, lower thirds)
- Optimize videos for YouTube (formats, compression, engagement techniques)
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of video editing experience (YouTube/social media preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of YouTube trends, audience retention, and best practices
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to implement feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with YouTube creators or brands
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or design tools (thumbnails)
- Familiarity with performance analytics and content optimization
