Octa Food invites Saudi graduates to a two-year Young Leaders Program with hands-on operational experience, leadership development, and opportunities to contribute to business improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and support frontline teams in meeting business targets.
- Conduct field visits and ensure operational standards and efficiency.
- Identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare operational reports.
- Improve workflows, productivity, and service quality using data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Saudi national and bachelor’s degree graduate.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate English proficiency and good computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to work hands-on in a field-based environment.
