Qualifications
- Working knowledge of ad‐serving and programmatic advertising, including auctions, deals, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets and communicating insights clearly.
- Test‐and‐learn mindset, able to define problems, run experiments, interpret results, and document clear next steps.
- Practical troubleshooting skills on live pages (logs, network calls, console), with a focus on learning and repeatability.
- Collaborative and coachable, confident acting as a subject‐matter resource while knowing when to escalate complexity.
- Experience in a programmatic yield or adjacent analytics role; familiarity with GAM, Prebid and/or Amazon TAM is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including documenting processes and presenting to non‐technical stakeholders.
