Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and team player
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Possess a high level of attention to details
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work days/evening/weekends (rotating shifts)
  • Ability to learn and operate the applicable computer system (D365) used to process orders
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent considered an asset
  • Bilingual – French / English

Responsibilities

  • Provide welcoming, attentive customer service — greet customers, answer questions, help them find what they need, and support them through the checkout and delivery‐arrangement process.
  • Maintain strong in‐store standards — support inventory counts, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is clean, organized, and easy for customers to access.
  • Learn about new products and participate in department training to better support customers on the floor.
  • Work safely by following all workplace safety procedures and maintaining a hazard‐free environment.
  • Assist with preparing basic paperwork, including invoices and delivery documentation.
  • Use the store’s computer system to keep inventory accurate when receiving new products or removing items due to damage or loss.
