- Guest Service:
- Provide 5-star service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Serve meals and beverages with precision and elegance.
- Assist with planning and organizing guest activities and events on board.
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Housekeeping:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the yacht.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest cabins, common areas, and crew quarters.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the yacht is in pristine condition at all times.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, including toiletries, cleaning products, and beverages.
- Assist in provisioning and stocking the yacht before and during charters.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for guests and crew.
- Participate in safety drills and training sessions as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with respect to guests privacy and personal information.
