RHAH Luxury Yacht & Boat Rentals seeks an experienced Captain to lead operations of its luxury yachts and boats.
The role is focused on safe navigation, client experience, and vessel management.
Responsibilities
- Navigate and operate yachts and boats safely in accordance with UAE maritime regulations.
- Plan client trips and routes, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Maintain vessel readiness, including engine checks and safety equipment.
- Supervise crew members and onboard operations.
- Communicate with clients and the company to support smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maritime regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Captain of yachts or boats.
- A 24m DMCA captain's license is mandatory.
- Valid maritime certifications.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and high-quality service.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000–5,000 per month, based on experience.
