Role Description
The Writer at K3's Helping Hand will create clear, engaging content for social media posts, marketing campaigns, websites, and other digital channels that support small business clients.
Day-to-day tasks include researching client businesses and their audiences, drafting and revising copy, adapting messaging to different platforms, and aligning content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
The Writer will collaborate with marketing and design team members to develop content ideas, schedules, and concepts that drive engagement and online sales.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sharjah, where in-person collaboration is expected while allowing some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong writing skills across formats (short-form social media copy, marketing copy, basic website content) and ability to adapt tone for diverse small business brands.
- Ability to research industries, products, and audiences, and translate findings into accurate, practical, and persuasive content.
- Experience or interest in digital marketing and social media, with an understanding of how content supports engagement and online sales.
- Attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and structure, with the ability to self-edit and revise content based on feedback.
- Basic familiarity with content planning (calendars, themes, campaigns) and collaboration with design or marketing teams is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Sharjah, including in-person meetings with the team and remote work as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in content writing.
