Full-time, on-site Writer role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports Hamilton Aquatics programs, promotions, and brand communications.
Responsibilities
- Create website copy, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, and internal documents.
- Research program details and interview coaches or staff for stories.
- Write and edit content that follows brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with coaching, marketing, and operations teams on materials for swimmers, parents, and partners.
- Meet deadlines and maintain high editorial standards.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills for varied audiences.
- Experience creating digital and print content, including web pages, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Research and information-gathering skills, including explaining technical or sports-related concepts accessibly.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office and content tools, such as word processing software and basic content management or social media platforms.
Preferred qualifications
- Interest in sports, aquatics, or education is advantageous; experience in a sports or training organization is beneficial.
- A relevant academic background in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
