Job Summary
Responsible for the handover and receipt of company assets, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.
Maintain asset inventory records, conduct routine inspections, perform minor maintenance and repair activities, and coordinate with relevant departments for major maintenance requirements.
Ensure assets are stored, utilized, and maintained in accordance with company procedures, while adhering to safety standards and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the issuance and return of assets, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate asset registers and tracking records.
- Conduct periodic inspections to verify asset condition and availability.
- Perform minor maintenance and basic repairs as required.
- Report damaged, lost, or malfunctioning assets and tools.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor inventory levels of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Ensure proper storage and safekeeping of company assets.
- Prepare periodic reports related to asset status and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
