Workshop Manager (Automotive)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and lead a team of technicians and engineers
- Ensure high-quality maintenance and repair services
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and KPIs
- Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
- Plan workload and allocate tasks effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
- Coordinate with parts and service departments
- Control costs and optimize workshop performance
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in automotive workshops
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with premium automotive brands is preferred
- Good knowledge of workshop KPIs & operations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good English communication
