Role overview
Full-time, on-site Workshop Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Oversee workshop operations and deliver premium-quality service for Rolls-Royce vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Manage workshop staff and coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
- Monitor workflow, diagnostic and repair processes, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain workshop safety and cleanliness; manage scheduling, resource allocation, and parts coordination.
- Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with service advisors and customers on job costing, timely delivery, and service experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive workshop management, technician supervision, and daily operations coordination.
- Technical understanding of luxury or high-end automotive brands, manufacturer standards, and repair procedures.
- Workshop planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
- Communication and customer service skills for working with service advisors and clients.
- Ability to monitor performance indicators, manage budgets, and support cost control.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to automotive workshops.
- Experience with dealership management systems or workshop software for job tracking, parts ordering, and reporting.
- Leadership, coaching, performance management, and team-building capabilities.
- Relevant technical or mechanical qualification; automotive engineering diploma or degree is preferred.
- Gulf-region or ultra-luxury automotive experience is an advantage.
