Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and smooth delivery of online workshops and training sessions.
• Manage calendars, participant lists, and pre-workshop communications.
• Organize workshop materials, update templates and resources, and maintain documentation.
• Prepare links, tools, and platforms before sessions.
• Monitor live sessions and provide logistical support to facilitators.
• Respond to participant questions and capture attendance and feedback data.
• Share recordings, upload resources, and complete post-workshop follow-up.
• Keep internal systems and records accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, document organization, and attention to detail.
• Workshop and event support skills, including logistics, materials preparation, and live virtual-session assistance.
• Proficiency with online collaboration and meeting tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Clear written and verbal communication and a professional, service-oriented approach to participant support.
• Ability to work independently remotely, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines reliably.
• Comfort with sales or revenue-focused environments.
• Availability to support workshops across time zones as needed and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Preferred experience

• Experience supporting training, enablement, or consulting programs is a plus.
• Previous administration, operations, customer support, or project coordination experience is beneficial.
