Duties

  • · Operation and workforce planning including plant/equipment requirements
  • · Personnel management for both employees and subcontractors
  • · Promote and develop a safety culture
  • · Customer relationship management
  • · Management of KPIs
  • · Development and implementation of productivity improvement initiatives

About You

· 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

· Horticultural certificates (advantageous)

· Previous personnel management experience

· Intermediate Microsoft Packages knowledge

· A current driver’s licence
