What You’ll Do
- Partner with Area Managers and Store Managers to optimise labour budgets, workforce performance, and scheduling outcomes across a national retail network. Analyse workforce data, forecast labour demand, and provide reporting and insights that support operational decision making and labour cost optimisation. Administer and optimise the Dayforce Workforce Management system, supporting rostering, time and attendance, payroll accuracy, and workforce compliance. Work closely with scheduling, payroll, HR, finance, and retail stakeholders to identify workforce improvement opportunities and drive continuous operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- Experience in workforce planning, labour scheduling, workforce analytics, or a similar operational planning role. Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and engage frontline leaders at all levels. Experience working with Workforce Management platforms such as Dayforce or a similar system, with an understanding of rostering, labour management, and payroll processes. The good stuff....
