Workforce Optimisation Analyst

Working closely with Workforce Optimisation Managers you'll build and maintain detailed transformation plans aligned to HR gateways while keeping delivery on time and within budget. Demonstrate delivery in a similar role within a global technology change and transformation environment with strong attention to detail and timely information capture Proven experience delivering people change initiatives on a Global scale (organisational design and implementation) Distil large, complex and varied data into meaningful information and translate it into clear plans and reporting Apply process analysis and problem-solving skills including the use of AI-enabled tools to improve how work is planned and delivered Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with a wide range of stakeholders (up to MD) across a matrix organisation Manage financial elements of workforce optimisation activity with strong control and accuracy Bring proven experience in regional or functional financial budgeting, strategic planning and communication processes Influence and persuade stakeholders at different levels to maintain alignment on targets and delivery dates
