Workforce and Rewards Summer Intern- Boston MA- College Program 2027

Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues that could include business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, and opportunities for improvement across talent management, HR service delivery and HR transformation

Collect and examine data relevant to developing solutions tailored to the client’s needs

Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights for more senior members of the project team

Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools

Participate in team problem-solving sessions to help shape practical and innovative solutions for client challenges

Support the development of compelling presentations, reports and recommendations that translate analysis into actionable client solutions

Progress toward a bachelor's degree

Status as a currently enrolled student; candidates should have an expected graduation date Spring 2028

Strong academic achievement demonstrated through rigorous course work, and the ability to successfully balance extra-curricular activities

A strong interest in human capital consulting

Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI technologies in your work

Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future is required

Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office— specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of data analysis, storytelling with data, and presentation design

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills and apply critical thinking and innovative solutions to solve problems

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate with others in a skillful, engaging, and proactive manner

Strong time management skills, with the flexibility to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs

Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
