Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years leading technical workstreams for enterprise cloud implementations and at least 4 years of Workday integration experience across multiple product areas.
- Experience leading large-scale Workday implementations, concurrent projects, and geographically distributed teams, including offshore resources.
- Expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, Web Services, Orchestrations, and Workday integration architecture.
- Experience integrating payroll, benefits, financials, recruiting, identity management, and custom enterprise systems.
- Experience in solution architecture, technical advisory, client relationship management, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
Technical leadership
- Guide and oversee Workday integration design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Lead implementation and optimization of Orchestration, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect Solutions, and Document Transformation.
- Lead REST API, SOAP Web Service, PECI/PICOF, payroll, financial, banking, identity, and security integrations.
- Set technical standards and create reusable assets and integration frameworks.
- Track Workday releases and emerging technologies to support innovation.
Compensation
- Estimated base salary is CAD $130,000–$160,000 per year.
- The role is eligible for annual incentive compensation; estimated total compensation including incentive is CAD $156,000–$192,000.
- Actual pay may vary based on skills, certifications, experience, market changes, and required travel.
