Job Description – Tele Sales Officers, Credit Cards.
Job purpose.
To sell credit cards over the phone, by briefing value proposition, features, and benefits effectively.
Take the customer through the digital journey over the phone to complete onboarding process and book the card.
Follow up with the customer on physical card receipt and activation.
Candidates Profile.
Candidates with proven track record in tele sales, BPO, BFSI with excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate would also be a good relationship manager to build a good portfolio of customer base.
The Tele Sales Officer is required to own and achieve the monthly sales targets as assigned, and will be responsible to ensure compliance with operational, financial, and regulatory policies and deliver a strong customer satisfaction score.
Work from home.
Candidate can operate from home post training period of 4 days, a stable home internet connection is must.
Compensation.
Ideal candidate will receive a fixed monthly salary plus sales incentives
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
