This is a rare hybrid/remote role at the intersection of design craft and hands-on delivery.

You'll own projects end-to-end, from scoping client requirements through to a pixel-perfect, fully documented launch, working across modern WordPress tools including Avada, Gutenberg, and our own proprietary product.

You'll collaborate closely with developers, QA, and clients, creating responsive, accessible designs that are as thoughtfully engineered as they are beautiful.

You'll also build custom Gutenberg blocks, design scalable templates, produce style guides, create client training content, and contribute to how we continuously improve as a team.

This isn't a hand-off-the-files role.

It's for someone who takes genuine pride in what goes live.

What we're looking for:

→ Proven agency experience designing and building WordPress websites

→ Strong hands-on experience with Avada, Elementor, or similar page builders

→ Confident in Figma or Adobe with a sharp eye for UX and responsive design

→ Experience working with SMB and enterprise clients across multiple simultaneous projects

→ A strong, varied portfolio that demonstrates range and quality

→ Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and faster

→ Excellent communication and client management skills

→ A growth mindset — you stay current, you keep learning

→ Bilingual Swedish is essential for this role
