Key Responsibilities

• Develop professional WordPress websites from scratch.
• Build landing pages and complete website pages efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Design responsive websites that perform seamlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Develop websites for healthcare, blogs, corporate businesses, service providers, e-commerce stores, and other industries.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to client requirements.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into fully functional WordPress websites.
• Create clean, modern, and user-friendly UI/UX designs.
• Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.
• Implement SEO best practices, including proper heading structure, metadata, schema basics, image optimization, URL structure, and technical SEO.
• Manage hosting environments, domains, DNS, cPanel, SSL certificates, website migrations, backups, and email configurations.
• Troubleshoot website issues, plugin conflicts, security vulnerabilities, and performance problems.
• Maintain website security and perform regular updates.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and implement revisions.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Ability to develop complete websites quickly and efficiently.
• Strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.
• Experience developing healthcare websites and blog websites is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Professional attitude, honesty, and commitment to delivering quality work.
