Responsibilities
- Develop WordPress websites based on provided designs with strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Collaborate with the design team to assess feature and design feasibility during the website planning and design phases.
- Build new features and functionalities on WordPress based on project requirements.
- Develop, customize, and implement WordPress themes and plugins.
- Build and maintain responsive front-end interfaces and conduct website performance testing.
- Analyze website performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot errors effectively.
- Manage website back-end development, including database integration and server-side functionality.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and smooth operation of assigned WordPress websites.
- Convert HTML pages into fully functional WordPress themes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders while working independently or collaboratively.
- Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code following development best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress theming, including experience with ACF Pro, Elementor, and related tools.
- Good understanding of Core PHP and a willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.
- Experience working with Custom Post Types (CPTs) and custom WordPress development.
- Familiarity with WordPress debugging tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of website performance optimization, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
