Job Responsibilities
- Perform wood painting, staining, varnishing, and polishing works for furniture, doors, cabinets, wardrobes, and joinery items.
- Prepare wooden surfaces through sanding, filling, smoothing, and primer application.
- Apply:
- PU paint
- Melamine polish
- Wood stain
- Varnish and lacquer finishes
- Mix paints and polishing materials to achieve required colors and finishes.
- Operate spray guns, sanding machines, and polishing tools safely.
- Repair scratches, dents, and damaged wood surfaces before finishing.
- Ensure high-quality finishing and smooth surface appearance.
- Protect surrounding areas during painting and polishing works.
- Follow site supervisor instructions and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in wood painting and polishing works.
- Experience in furniture and joinery finishing.
- Knowledge of different wood finishing materials and techniques.
- Ability to use spray paint and polishing equipment.
- Good attention to detail and finishing quality.
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to match colors and finishes accurately.
- Knowledge of modern decorative wood finishes.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
