The role assists field engineers with router installation and configuration at customer locations.
The employee is responsible for visiting assigned locations, supporting connectivity, and helping maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist field engineers in installing and configuring routers at customer locations.
- Travel to assigned customer sites for router installation and service support.
- Support setup of routers, modems, cables, and other networking equipment.
- Help with basic wiring, cable management, and device mounting during installation.
Eligibility
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to travel locally for field work.
- Team-player attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Freshers can also apply.
- 10th-pass candidates can apply.
- A two-wheeler is mandatory.
