Why KMM
Our team manufactures mission-critical components for medical device, aerospace, defense, space exploration, and advanced technology customers. Many of these parts require multiple processes under one roof, including CNC machining, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, grinding, inspection, cleanroom assembly, engineering, automation, and finishing.
That means your work will not live in a silo. You will be part of a team that solves hard manufacturing problems together.
KMM operates from a modern 94,000-square-foot, climate-controlled manufacturing facility with advanced machining, grinding, EDM, automation, metrology, and Class 8 cleanroom capabilities.
Our philosophy is simple: People are Paid to Think.
We value the ideas of the people closest to the work. If you like improving processes, solving problems, teaching others, and making parts that matter, this is the kind of shop where your experience can actually shape what comes next.
