Overview
We are hiring a
Mid‑Level Wintel Engineer (L2)
to support day‑to‑day operations of our Windows Server and virtualization platforms.
This role ensures stable, secure, and recoverable clinical and corporate workloads, as described in the document:

Key Responsibilities
- Provide
- L2 support
- for Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 across production & DR.
- Execute
- monthly patching
- , server builds, and BAU changes.
- Manage VM lifecycle on
VMware / Hyper‑V / Nutanix AHV
- .
- Monitor server health and respond to alerts within SLAs.
- Handle L2 tickets; escalate complex issues to L3/Senior Wintel.
- Perform
- backup/restore
- operations (Veeam/Commvault/Rubrik).
- Maintain CMDB accuracy, runbooks, and operational documentation.
- Support DR drills, restore tests, and maintenance windows.
- Apply hardening baselines, AV/EDR checks, and configuration compliance.
- Participate in
- 24x7 on‑call rotation

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of hands‑on Wintel administration.
- Strong Windows Server, AD, GPO, PowerShell, patching & backup skills.
- Experience with VMware/Hyper‑V/Nutanix in production environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (SCOM, SolarWinds, PRTG).
- Exposure to regulated environments (healthcare/banking/oil & gas).
- Comfortable with ITIL processes, SLAs, and weekend maintenance.
Mandatory
- Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (AZ‑800) or MCSA
Preferred
- VMware VCP/VCTA
• ITIL 4 Foundation
- VMCE / ADHICS awareness
