Role
Full-time, on-site Windows System Administrator role based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and related infrastructure, including user accounts, permissions, and system policies.
- Monitor performance, apply updates and patches, perform backups, and maintain security and compliance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and support internal teams.
- Document configurations and procedures; collaborate on infrastructure projects and improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Windows and general system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and hands-on server administration skills.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security practices, and backup/restore procedures.
- Experience with monitoring tools, patch management, and Active Directory environments.
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and collaborative working ability.
- A relevant IT degree or diploma is ideal; MCSA/MCSE or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
