We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for
villas, high-rise buildings, small buildings, window facades, driveways, and external areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
- Proven experience supervising cleaning teams for:
- Villas and residential communities
- High-rise and low-rise buildings
- Window and facade cleaning
- Driveway, parking, and external area cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Experience managing manpower, schedules, and site operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams across multiple sites.
Ensure all cleaning works are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Manage attendance, productivity, and deployment of staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Liaise with clients and report operational updates to management.
