• Fish Window Cleaning of Downey is hiring a Window Cleaner to join our team. No window cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $18.00/hour during training
• Opportunity to earn $26+/hour after training based on performance and efficiency
• Tips and additional commission opportunities
• Monday–Friday
• Typical schedule: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Average 30–35+ hours per week
• No evenings
• No major holidays
• Occasional weekends when necessary

• What You'll Do
• You'll work independently or with a teammate cleaning windows for homes and businesses throughout our service area.
• A typical day includes cleaning interior and exterior windows, driving to approximately 5–10 customer locations, using ladders when needed, maintaining your equipment, and providing friendly, professional customer service.
• We clean residential and commercial buildings up to three stories. We do not clean high-rise buildings.
• What We're Looking For
• No previous window cleaning experience is necessary. We're looking for someone who is dependable, shows up on time, has a positive attitude, is willing to learn, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working outdoors and talking with customers.
• You should also be comfortable working independently once trained.
• Requirements
• You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto liability insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
• This is an active, physical job. You must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend and squat, work with your arms above your head, work outdoors in hot and cold weather, and safely carry and climb ladders up to 30 feet.
• You must also be able to reliably report to work for a 7:00 AM start time .

• We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
