Wind Service Solution Lead

Position objective

Job responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and update the company's O&M service offerings.
• Acquire and accurately understand client requirements; review project RFPs and provide feedback.
• Develop tailored O&M solutions for specific projects.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical input for project cost accounting and allocation.
• Participate in client interactions to promote O&M services and support or participate in contract negotiations.
• Recommend O&M service KPIs and plan initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.

Job requirements

• Relevant experience in the wind power industry.
• Proficient and fluent in English.
• Strong ability to perform under pressure.
• Open-minded and able to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred qualifications

• International experience is preferred.
• An educational background in engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of business, finance, or law is preferred.
