Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers and retailers.
• Promote and sell company products to existing and new clients.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Visit customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and customer feedback reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely distribution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale sales or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
