The Role
We’re looking for a Wholesale & Business Development Head – SEA to lead and grow our wholesale business across Southeast Asia.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for driving profitable growth, expanding market presence, and elevating brand consistency across the region.
Working closely with global and regional teams, you’ll shape and execute commercial strategies, unlock new opportunities, and deliver best-in-class wholesale performance aligned with Clarks’ global vision.
Purpose
To build a profitable and sustainable wholesale business across Southeast Asia, aligned with Clarks’ global growth strategy.
You will drive commercial performance, ensure consistent brand presentation, and identify new opportunities to accelerate growth and market share.
Responsibilities
Define and implement the wholesale sales strategy across SEA markets; lead regional business performance delivering against sales, volume, and profit targets; drive business development and expansion by identifying new partners and growth opportunities; collaborate with global and local teams to align on strategic direction; ensure consistent brand execution across all wholesale channels; provide market insights and competitive intelligence to shape future strategy; own P&L management, forecasting, and budget control to maximise profitability; lead performance reviews and planning cycles; oversee go-to-market planning, showroom execution, and key account presentations; build, inspire, and develop a high-performing wholesale team.
What You'll Bring
Strong experience in wholesale leadership and business development; deep understanding of the Southeast Asia retail and wholesale landscape; proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies; strong commercial and financial acumen including P&L ownership; excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams; strategic thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving capability; business-level English proficiency.
