Wheel Loader Operator

About This Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Wheel Loader Operator to operate and maintain wheel loaders in a variety of settings including construction sites, quarries, mines, warehouses, and other material handling environments. The operator will be responsible for loading, transporting, and dumping materials, while ensuring safety, productivity, and maintenance of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate wheel loaders safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Load and move materials such as soil, gravel, sand, rock, debris, and other aggregates.
• Assist with stockpiling, loading trucks, feeding hoppers/crushers, and cleaning job sites.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of the wheel loader and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance checks (e.g., fluid levels, tire condition, hydraulics).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety procedures and reporting hazards.
• Work closely with ground crews and other equipment operators to complete tasks on schedule.
• Document work completed, fuel usage, and equipment condition as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years holding a valid driving license.

Preferably someone who can join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
