- Experience setting up and managing WhatsApp API accounts

- Experience with bulk messaging, campaign management, automation, and chatbot integrations
- Strong understanding of sender reputation, quality ratings, and methods to reduce the risk of number restrictions
- Experience with CRM integrations and lead generation campaigns
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results
