The Role
We’re looking for a Private Consulting & Partnerships Coordinator who can open doors and build the bridge between Sitender’s work and the people who most need it.
Your role
is relationships: connecting Antahā with accomplished, discerning individuals and the circles they move in, and creating the conditions for genuine contact to happen.
You are not an assistant, and this is not a desk role.
You are a connector — someone whose network and warmth bring the right people into the room, whether that room is a private dinner, an intimate gathering, or a one-on-one consulting relationship with Sitender.
What You Will Do
- Open doors to people from around the world who are accomplished and high-net-worth circles, bringing the right people into contact with Antahā’s work
- Build and nurture relationships that lead to private consulting engagements and intimate gatherings
- Host and support private dinners and introductions that warm relationships into genuine participation
- Identify individuals — at events or within your network — who would benefit from deeper one-on-one work with Sitender
- Represent Antahā with confidence, warmth, and discretion in high-end and professional settings
- Develop partnership opportunities with aligned venues, organisations, and communities in your market

Essential
- Based in [Milan / Los Angeles / Dubai], with flexibility for occasional travel
- Genuinely well-connected in your city — you know accomplished people, or you know how to reach them
- Deeply warm, grounded, and at ease across diverse environments, from boardrooms to intimate gatherings
- An excellent communicator in English; comfortable moving in high-end and cross-cultural settings
- Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and reliable
- Aligned with Antahā’s philosophy — not building a personal wellness brand or seeking a certification, but drawn to carry something larger than yourself
Preferred
- Background in premium client relations, events, hospitality, executive circles, or wellness
- An existing network within your city’s corporate, HNI, or wellness communities
- A personal practice in meditation, somatic work, or related modalities
- Multilingual (Italian, Arabic, or others a plus)

Education & Background

A degree is welcome but not necessary.
