Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries professionally through WhatsApp, calls, and social media platforms
• Manage bookings, schedules, and therapist coordination efficiently
• Ensure smooth and seamless client experiences from inquiry to post-service follow-up
• Assist in maintaining high standards of customer care and hospitality
• Support sales and marketing initiatives through thoughtful communication and client relationship management
• Build positive relationships with clients while representing the company with elegance and professionalism
• Assist in attracting and retaining clients through excellent service and communication
• Coordinate with management and therapists to ensure operational excellence
• Maintain proper organisation, reporting, and attention to detail
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that support the company’s long-term growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, wellness, luxury services, sales coordination, or client relations
• Knowledgeable in booking/scheduling systems and client management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, composed, and solution-oriented
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Positive, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, integrity, and respect
